The Battery Test Center BTC1 is a universal battery meter. It measures voltage, spectral impedance and capacity; additionally, temperature can be measured via external sensors.

The MBT is a measurement module for production and quality assurance of batteries. It performs a quick test of battery cells and battery modules up to 60V.
It measures 3 key battery parameters (AC internal resistance, DC internal resistance and battery voltage) within 1sec.
The battery is typically connected via 4 spring-loaded contact pins and with 4 wires to the module. The measurement module is protected by an aluminium housing which can be mounted by 4 screws.
It is remotely controlled via RS232 communication interface and powered by a separate power supply

The BMUX 15/4 is a multicontact switch (multiplexer) in four-wire-technique for impedance and voltage measurements of multiple battery cells. It switches up to 15 cascaded or up to 8 seperated cells onto one impedance meter (BIM1, BIM2, BTC1).
The BMUX 15/4 is controlled via USB or RS232 interface with a simple protocol or via graphical user interface with a PC.
The BIM-1 and BIM-2 are economical, easy to use and compact Battery Impedance Meters. They combine the functions of a battery tester and of a battery analyzer and allow a quick test of battery cells and battery modules independently of the battery technology.
The results are communicated to a PC via USB interface which also provides electrical power. Operation is via a graphical user interface (GUI) which operates and displays the results; alternatively a programming interface can be provided.
Ambient conditions (temperature) can be measured via a second input (BIM2 only).

The BIM-HV is the world’s first instrument to measure impedance and voltage in battery systems up to 800V.
The instrument combines the functions of a battery tester and a battery analyser and enables quick testing of batteries independent of technology.
The instrument measures the spectral impedance between 1Hz and 1kHz plus the voltage of cells, modules and systems. It determines the battery states (SoH, SoC) and the operating parameters such as AC and DC impedance. It enables capacity measurements without elaborate discharging methods.
The results are communicated to a PC via USB interface which also provides electrical power. Operation is via a graphical user interface (GUI) which operates and displays the results.
The instrument is suited for trouble shooting in development and production, for operational analysis in trials and for quick diagnosis in service and maintenance.

The BST1 is a compact and economical service tool for quick diagnosis of batteries, e.g. for the maintenance of UPS.
The instrument measures the internal resistance and the open circuit voltage. By comparison with reference values the state of health (SoH) and the state of charge (SoC) are determined.
The measurement takes only a few seconds. By applying two probes to the battery poles the measurement is conducted, the result is held in the display for easy reading.
Special features of the instrument are the possibility to enter battery names in plain text and the presentation of results in CSV format for direct analysis in spreadsheet programs.

The round cell adapter CTA is an accessory for all impedance meters. It contacts battery cells in four-wire-technique for precise measurements of impedance and capacity with currents up to 5A.
The popular formats 18650, 21700 and 26650 can be directly inserted, other types require inlets.
The CTA is connected to the measurement unit by the measurement cable MK-L. It could also be used together with other instruments.
